Since all Hypnosis is Self-Hypnosis, it is not something done to you; it is something the Hypnotherapist does with you. The client’s participation is an essential part of the process. A skilled hypnotherapist guides the client into a relaxed state in which suggestions are more readily accepted. The AMA officially approved hypnotherapy in 1958. | Hypnotherapy is all about going inside....and dreaming that dream....eventually....learning how....to do....and become.....all, that we desire. What is the difference between hypnotherapy and solo meditation? Both achieve the same state of mind, but with hypnotherapy, the therapist is there to guide and support you, potentially accomplishing much more in a session. Change from the inside out. Your thoughts, beliefs and fears in your subconscious mind determine how your life unfolds. One of the most effective ways to access your subconscious mind and change unproductive thoughts, beliefs, and fears is through hypnotherapy. If you have fears of public speaking, or being on stage, or you just want to be more confident and spontaneous, you can overcome these fears. I have, even though I have an accent! And it is worth it.
